A LAV twist on your classic crispy chicken salad.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup romaine
- 1/2 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
- 2 pieces of sourdough bread
- 1/2 cup za'atar seasoning
- 1 chicken breast
- 1/2 cup panko
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup feta cheese
Steps:
- Slice sourdough into bite size pieces and transfer to a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, Za'atar seasoning, and salt. Bake for 20 min at 350 or until resembling croutons.
- Meanwhile, coat chicken breast in egg wash, and then panko. Pan fry until golden and cooked through.
- Once croutons and chicken are done, assemble your salad.
- Chop lettuce & tomato and add to a bowl. Top with slices of crispy chicken, a handful of croutons, and feta cheese.
- Drizzle with a packet of LAV Original Za'atar dressing and toss! Enjoy.
