crispy za'atar chicken salad

  1. Slice sourdough into bite size pieces and transfer to a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, Za'atar seasoning, and salt. Bake for 20 min at 350 or until resembling croutons.
  2. Meanwhile, coat chicken breast in egg wash, and then panko. Pan fry until golden and cooked through. 
  3. Once croutons and chicken are done, assemble your salad. 
  4. Chop lettuce & tomato and add to a bowl. Top with slices of crispy chicken, a handful of croutons, and feta cheese. 
  5. Drizzle with a packet of LAV Original Za'atar dressing and toss! Enjoy.
