1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs (panko preferred)
2 eggs
1 cup SAUZ rosemary marinara sauce
1 large piece mozzarella, cut into bite size pieces
2 packets LAV original zaāatar dressing
Fresh parsley for garnish

- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
- Dip chicken pieces in egg wash, then breadcrumb mixture. Place on parchment lined baking sheet. Repeat until all pieces are coated. Spray with avocado oil.
- Bake chicken in oven for 20 min or until cooked through.
- Remove chicken from oven and add a dollop of Sauz + piece of mozz! Return to oven and bake until cheese has browned.
- Remove chicken from oven and top with a drizzle of LAV dressing!
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve with toothpicks!
