A light but satisfying chicken wrap you can whip up in minutes!
Ingredients

4–5 large iceberg lettuce leaves (whole, outer leaves work best)

1/2 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped

1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp pickled red onions

1/4 cup crispy chickpeas

1 packet LAV Creamy Tahini Dressing

Parchment paper (for rolling)
Instructions

Form your base: Lay a sheet of parchment paper on the counter. Overlap iceberg leaves to create a flat “wrap” surface.

Add fillings: Layer chicken, Parmesan, pickled onions, and crispy chickpeas in the center.

Drizzle & flavor: Pour LAV Creamy Tahini Dressing over the filling.

Roll it tight: Using the parchment as a guide, roll the iceberg into a burrito shape, folding in the sides as you go.

Seal & serve: Keep it wrapped in parchment for a handheld crunch, or cut in half for easier eating.
