greek smashburger tacos

  1. Heat grilling pan and add a drizzle of oil. 
  2. Place burger patties on pan and let cook for 2-3 min.
  3. Top patties with pita or tortilla. Using a circular object like a large mason jar or smash burger tool, smash the pita/tortilla into the patty until the meat and pita/tortilla are connected. 
  4. Allow meat and pita/tortilla to cook for another 2 min, then flip. Cook for another few minutes until pita or tortilla is golden brown and meat is cooked through. 
  5. Transfer tacos to a cutting board and layer on your toppings! Don't forget the drizzle of LAV! Enjoy!
