Ingredients:
- 1 whole wheat pita
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- Butter lettuce
- Sprouts
- Cucumber
- Tomato
- Any other herbs/crunchy veggies you have!
- 1 packet LAV Original Za'atar Vinaigrette
Steps:
- Chop your lettuce & veggies and toss in LAV Original Za'atar Vinaigrette.
- Slice your pita in half.
- Creating a pocket, fill one half of the pita with a layer of cottage cheese, a slice of tomato, and a scoop of salad. Enjoy!
