the salad pita

Ingredients: 

  • 1 whole wheat pita 
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • Butter lettuce
  • Sprouts
  • Cucumber
  • Tomato
  • Any other herbs/crunchy veggies you have!
  • 1 packet LAV Original Za'atar Vinaigrette

Steps: 

  1. Chop your lettuce & veggies and toss in LAV Original Za'atar Vinaigrette. 
  2. Slice your pita in half. 
  3. Creating a pocket, fill one half of the pita with a layer of cottage cheese, a slice of tomato, and a scoop of salad. Enjoy!
