tahini crunch wrap

ingredients:

  • 1 large burrito-size tortilla
  • 1 small tortilla or tostada (for crunch layer)
  • ½–¾ cup shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)
  • 1 tablespoon hummus
  • ½ cup shredded romaine
  • ¼ avocado, sliced
  • 2 tbsp cucumber, diced
  • 2 tbsp cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tbsp pickled red onion
  • feta (optional)
  • 2–3 packets of LAV tahini dressing

steps:

  • season shredded chicken with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon. warm slightly if desired.
  • lay large tortilla flat and spread 1 tbsp hummus in center. 
  • add shredded chicken and place small tortilla or tostada on top (this creates the crunch layer).
  • layer romaine, cabbage, cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, pickled onion, and feta.
  • drizzle with more lav tahini dressing.
  • fold edges inward in pleats until fully sealed.
  • cook seam-side down in a lightly oiled pan over medium heat for 3–4 min per side until golden and crisp.
  • slice and enjoy.
