- Marinate 1–2 chicken breasts in a packet of LAV Lemon Apple Cider dressing for 30 mins.
- Pound chicken thin for even grilling.
- Grill for ~10 mins per side or until fully cooked.
- Warm 1 cup marinara on the stove.
- Toast ½ cup breadcrumbs in a little olive oil until golden.
- Assemble: plate grilled chicken, top with marinara, mozzarella, a sprinkle of parmesan, breadcrumbs, fresh basil & arugula.
