healthier chicken parm

  1. Marinate 1–2 chicken breasts in a packet of LAV Lemon Apple Cider dressing for 30 mins.
  2. Pound chicken thin for even grilling.
  3. Grill for ~10 mins per side or until fully cooked.
  4. Warm 1 cup marinara on the stove.
  5. Toast ½ cup breadcrumbs in a little olive oil until golden.
  6. Assemble: plate grilled chicken, top with marinara, mozzarella, a sprinkle of parmesan, breadcrumbs, fresh basil & arugula.
